I thought I’d be a bit of a planning Polly this morning and set myself a few goals, one of which was a bit of a chore. I finally got a fully-functional build of Beta on an iPhone.
And let me tell you.
Apple does not make it easy.
It’s bad enough that I’m sure–100% proof positive–that the steps involved in simply setting up Xcode have dissuaded countless would-be developers from even bothering to interact with the platform.
That won’t detract from this monumentous achievement!
I’ve only ever gotten a test-version of an app up and running on my iPhone a handful of times, and each time it has been an absolute nightmare.
So, I’m counting this as a win.
